BONFIRE
Bonfire is a sustainably designed lamp made from recycled straws reshaped into unique curves. Paired with warm lighting and a wooden base, it mimics a burning flame, creating a soothing campfire ambiance and a soft glow in any room.
Research
Straws, like other single-use plastic items, can easily enter the natural environment and cause immense damage to our wildlife and ecosystem. A 2017 study found that up to 8.3 billion plastic straws pollute the world’s coastlines today.
Model Making
Apart from the recycled straws, BONFIRE is just made out of just two other parts, the wooden base and the light diffuser. No glue or paint is required which makes the lamp highly recyclable at the end of it's product life cycle.
